Nature of Product

Asporea offer various services to customers and clients i.e., Career Assessment, SimplyFind, SimplyManage, OnDemand Hire, Graduate Hire, Outsourcing, CareerShape Drive, OnDemand Drive, HumanCap Drive etc… The services offered by the company is fee based which is collected from the customer and clients with applicable taxes i.e., GST
 

Refund Policy
Asporea renders services including, but not limited to, various products offered by Asporea, which act as bonafide guide to the customers and the services are rendered as soon as availed, therefore these will be the basic terms and conditions of refunds:
 

Assessment Fee
The Assessment Fee is Rs. 99 (inclusive of GST) which is non-refundable.
 

Enrollment Fee
The Enrollment Fee is Rs. 1,180 (inclusive of GST) which is non-refundable.

Development Fee
The Development Fee is Rs. 5,900 (inclusive of GST) out of which 50% will be refunded in case of customer become Medical Unfit in Pre-Medical Examination or GAMCA.
 

Recruitment Service Fee
The Recruitment Service Fee (GCCSEA) is Rs. 28,320 (inclusive of GST) out of which 100% will be refunded in case of Travel Document (Visa / IPA / WP) will not be issued.


The Recruitment Service Fee (EU) is Rs. 34,220 (inclusive of GST) out of which 100% will be refunded in case of Work Permit will not be issued.

Processing Fee
The Processing Fee is Rs. 59,000 (inclusive of GST) out of which 100% will be refunded in case of cancellation of process by Employer.

Other Support Service Fee
Other Support Service Fee is various depending upon services availed. The amount is refundable in case of services not rendered.
 

User Development Fee
User Development Fee is Rs. 2,500 (inclusive of GST). The amount is refundable 100% in case of non-boarding of the customer.
 

Refund 
The refund will be made after confirmation from the concern stakeholder i.e., Employer, Government Authorities, Medical Centers, Embassies etc…. usually takes 45 to 60 days and sometimes more than that.

Method
Asporea’s follows zero cash policy and receives fees from Banking System only i.e., NEFT, UPI, Debit & Credit Card, RTGS, DD, IMPS etc… and refund will be made in same manner.


Refund and Cancellation for Service Provider Company
Due to service providers in nature “NO REFUND”, “NO CANCELLATION” will be entertained once the Payment has been made.
In case of payment is made by customer, debited from customer bank account but not credited, may be refunded to customers account automatically as per the Bank policies. In case not refunded, customers are requested to contact their respective bank/branch.


The refund policies are applicable as stated above and based on Service Agreement with the Customers.
 

Cancellation Policy
Please note that cancellation policy describes as follows:

  • Cancellation is not permissible once start the process or middle or end of the process,
  • Cancellation is not permissible once services is taken or completed,
  • In case customer return back from abroad after completion of on-boarding process or repatriated or deported, no refund will be made to the customer.
  • In case customer do not appear to Asporea’s office or become contactless for the period of more than 12 months from the date of last payment, no refund will be made to the customers.
